Through a generous matching donation pledge of $100,000, we are fundraising to open at least four transitional housing units. If you want to be a part of this exciting next phase of the journey, please donate or contact us about volunteer possibilities.

The vision for these transitional housing units is to have a semi-independent residence for shelter guests and families to move to after one of our shelters. Guests would pay a monthly rent without the imminent threat of eviction while getting back on their feet. At the end of their stay, guests would receive the rent they have paid back to help with a deposit and moving costs into the regular housing market.

This new project is an exciting and transformational development for the William S. Davies Homeless Shelters and the Rome community. If you want to be a part of this new vision, please donate or use the contact page to reach out to us.
