Davies Men's House

Our men’s shelter houses 16 men and features a commercial-grade kitchen, community garden, and ADA-compliant facilities. The Men’s House serves roughly 100 men each year.

Davies House for Women & Children

Our women’s shelter houses 8 single women and 4 women with children, with room for up to 14 children at a time. The Davies Shelters’ administrative offices are also located in an upstairs apartment on the property of the Women’s House

Our Services

COUNSELING

Our Counseling program offers guests the chance to learn emotional stability from one of our 2 in-house counselors.

Case Management

We support our guests in obtaining necessary identification, applying for benefits, connecting to wrap around services, reentering the workforce and securing housing.

Bus Fare

A partnership between The Davies Shelters, The Rome Community Kitchen, and Fork Spoon and Plate to  provide needed resources for our unhoused neighbors and neighbors in crisis

Davies Farm & Garden

The Davies Farm at South Meadows and the Campbell-Rife Garden supply both our shelters and the Farm Bus with produce.

Builder's Society

A giving community of donors committed to building the future of The Davies Shelters by committing to give $1,000/year for 5 years. 

Neighbor's Society

A giving community for monthly donors. You can join the Neighbor Society by making an online monthly gift of $15 or more per month.
